Local SEO Services in Toronto
Local SEO is the work that helps nearby customers find your business when they search on Google. For a local business, that usually starts with your Google Business Profile, then your website, then the listings and reviews that back both of them up.
What local SEO actually is
When someone in Toronto searches for a restaurant, a salon, a clinic, or a contractor, Google shows them businesses nearby. The businesses that show up are usually the ones with a complete, accurate, active Google Business Profile, a website that matches it, and real reviews from real customers.
Local SEO is the work of making all of that true for your business. It is not one trick. It is your profile, your website, your listings, and your reviews all saying the same thing: who you are, what you do, where you serve, and how to reach you.
Adam does the implementation, not just advice. If the work says your profile needs a cleanup, your website needs clearer service pages, or your listings need correcting, that work is part of the engagement when it is agreed. The exact scope is set during the consultation, before any work starts.
Search rankings depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. No honest SEO provider can promise a number one ranking, and Adam will not. A complete, accurate, active profile and website give you the best shot at showing up when nearby customers search. Adam is not a Google partner and does not claim Google certification.
Who this service is for
Local SEO is built for local businesses in Toronto, the GTA, and Brantford that depend on nearby customers finding them on a phone.
It is a good fit for:
- Restaurants and cafes that want to show up when people nearby search for somewhere to eat.
- Retail stores that want local customers to find them on Google Maps and Search.
- Contractors and trades that want inquiries from people searching in their service area.
- Professional services such as clinics, salons, and independent operators who want more bookings from local search.
- Businesses with an existing profile that suspect it is incomplete, out of date, or showing wrong hours, old photos, or missing services.
If most of your customers come from outside your area, or you do not serve local customers at all, local SEO may not be the right starting point. A consultation will sort that out.
What is included
Every engagement is scoped during the consultation, so the list below is what local SEO can cover, not a promise that every item is included in every project. What is included is agreed in writing before work starts. The Google Business Profile packages below are the only SEO items with a fixed price. Everything else is priced after consultation.
- Google Business Profile setup or cleanup. Categories, services, hours, photos, and description, so customers see accurate information.
- Help through Google verification. You stay the owner of your profile. Adam is added as a manager so he can do the work, and you can remove his access at any time.
- Google Maps visibility. Making sure your profile is set up to show up in local and Maps results for the services you offer.
- Website on-page SEO. Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and service pages that match what nearby customers actually search for.
- Local keyword research. Finding the words and phrases local customers use, in plain language, not keyword stuffing.
- Internal linking. Connecting your service pages, location pages, and homepage so Google and visitors can find everything easily.
- Local business directories and citations. Checking that your name, address, and phone number match across the web, and fixing the listings that do not.
- Website content improvements. Clearer service descriptions and local wording, so your website and your Google profile say the same thing.
- Technical SEO opportunities. Finding basic technical issues that hold a website back, such as slow pages, missing titles, or broken links, and fixing what is agreed.
- Search Console and performance monitoring, where applicable. Checking how your site shows up in search, and what is bringing in views, calls, and direction requests.
- Ethical review and reputation practices. A review request kit that makes it easy for your real customers to leave real reviews. Adam does not buy, fake, or write reviews. Google removes those, and they can get a profile suspended.
Google Business Profile packages
These are the approved prices. Do not assume that every SEO service on this page is included in these packages. Website SEO beyond your Google profile is not included in the monthly plans, and is priced after consultation.
- Google Business Profile Setup, $49 one time. Claiming and verifying your profile, categories, services, hours, photos, a first post, and review reply templates. You stay the owner.
- Monthly Basic, $49 per month. Profile updates, review monitoring, and two Google posts a month, plus a monthly check-in.
- Monthly Growth, $89 per month. Profile updates, review monitoring, and four Google posts a month, plus a monthly check-in and a performance report covering views, calls, direction requests, and reviews.
- Full Local Presence Bundle, $149 one time. Google setup plus Facebook and Instagram setup, a graphics pack, first month of posts, a listings check, and a review request kit.
Monthly plans are billed at the end of the month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time work is paid up front. Payment is cash, debit, or credit through Square. No HST is charged at this time. Existing referring clients receive $25 off their own service when they refer another business.
How the process works
- Initial consultation. Book a consultation by phone or email. Adam asks about the business, what you offer, and where your customers come from.
- Understanding the business. You explain your services, your service area, and what is not working in search. You do not need formal reports or perfect records.
- Reviewing the current situation. Adam checks your Google profile, website, listings, and reviews, and tells you straight what needs fixing.
- Identifying priorities. Together you agree on the fixes that will make the biggest difference first, usually your profile, then your website, then listings and reviews.
- Agreeing on scope. The work, the deliverables, the timeline, and the price are agreed before anything starts. Google Business Profile prices are listed above. Other SEO work is priced after consultation.
- Completing the work. Adam fixes the profile, website, and listings in the agreed order, and keeps you updated as it goes.
- Reviewing the deliverables. You go through what was done together, and what to watch for in search and on your profile.
- Discussing next steps. If a monthly plan or ongoing support would help, it can be arranged as a separate agreement. If not, you keep the work that was done.
What the client receives
What you receive depends on the scope agreed, but it is always something you can use. A Google Business Profile Setup gives you a claimed, verified, complete profile, with categories, services, hours, photos, a first post, and review reply templates, and you stay the owner. A monthly plan gives you ongoing posts, review monitoring, and profile updates, with a performance report on Growth.
Website SEO work gives you clearer titles, descriptions, service pages, and internal links, and a record of what was changed and why. A listings check gives you a list of where your business information matches and where it was corrected.
Ongoing support is also available as a separate arrangement. It costs more than a one-time setup, and the scope and price are agreed before it starts. You can get either a one-time plan or ongoing support, depending on what you pay for.
Who this service is not for
Local SEO is not the right fit for everyone, and it is better to say that up front.
- Businesses expecting guaranteed search rankings or a number one position. No one honest can promise that.
- Owners looking for overnight results. Search visibility builds over time.
- Businesses that want fake reviews or misleading listings. Google removes those, and they can get a profile suspended.
- Businesses that do not serve local customers. If your customers are not nearby, local SEO may not be the right starting point.
