CRM Consulting in Toronto for Small Businesses

A CRM is a simple system for keeping track of your customers and prospects: who they are, what they asked for, where they are in the process, and when to follow up. It stops inquiries from getting lost in text messages, emails, and notebooks.

What CRM actually is

CRM stands for customer relationship management. That sounds complicated, but in practice it is simple. It is one place where you keep track of every inquiry and every customer, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Most small businesses do not lose customers because their work is bad. They lose them because an inquiry was never answered, a follow-up was forgotten, or no one could tell who had already been spoken to. A phone call comes in, a message comes in on Facebook, an email comes in, and by the end of the day, one of them has been missed. That missed inquiry is a lost booking.

A CRM fixes that by giving every inquiry a place to live. You can see at a glance who is new, who is waiting for a reply, who has booked, and who needs a follow-up. You can see what was said last time, so you do not ask the same questions twice.

Adam does the setup, not just advice. CRM system selection and setup are part of the service, subject to confirmed capabilities. The platform is chosen to fit the business, using the tools that fit the job. A specific CRM platform, subscription, or integration is not promised unless confirmed during the consultation.

Who this service is for

CRM is built for small and medium local businesses in Toronto, the GTA, and Brantford that get inquiries from more than one place and want to stop losing track of them.

It is a good fit for:

If you only get a handful of inquiries a month and you already handle them easily, you may not need a CRM yet. A consultation can tell you whether a simple system, a few process changes, or no change at all is the right call.

What is included

Every engagement is scoped during the consultation, so the list below is what CRM work can cover, not a promise that every item is included in every project. What is included is agreed in writing before work starts. A specific CRM platform, subscription, or integration is not promised unless confirmed.

How the process works

  1. Initial consultation. Book a consultation by phone or email. Adam asks about the business, how inquiries come in, and where they get lost.
  2. Understanding the business. You explain how you handle inquiries today, what tools you use, and what is not working. You do not need formal reports or perfect records.
  3. Reviewing the current situation. Adam reviews how inquiries, bookings, and follow-up are handled now, and tells you straight what needs fixing.
  4. Identifying priorities. Together you agree on the simplest system that will fix the biggest leaks first.
  5. Agreeing on scope. The CRM, the setup, the timeline, and the price are agreed before anything starts. Pricing is determined by scope and discussed during the consultation.
  6. Completing the work. Adam sets up the agreed CRM, moves the agreed information into it, and sets up the follow-up process, and keeps you updated as it goes.
  7. Reviewing the deliverables. You go through the system together, try it with a real inquiry, and ask for changes within the agreed scope.
  8. Discussing next steps. If ongoing support or help using the system would help, it can be arranged as a separate agreement. If not, you keep the system that was set up.

What the client receives

What you receive depends on the scope agreed, but it is always something you can use. A CRM setup gives you a working system with your customer and prospect information in one place, a simple pipeline, a follow-up process, and a record of what was set up and how to use it.

You also receive a documented customer follow-up process, so you know when to follow up, with whom, and what to say. If a CRM platform subscription is part of the arrangement, that is discussed during the consultation and priced separately where applicable.

Ongoing support is also available as a separate arrangement. It costs more than a one-time setup, and the scope and price are agreed before it starts. You can get either a one-time setup or ongoing support, depending on what you pay for.

Who this service is not for

CRM is not the right fit for everyone, and it is better to say that up front.
